What sizes are available?
Socks are unisex and one size 4-12.

Washing instructions?
Socks can be washed on a standard 30 degree cycle or cool wash. Wash separately for the first wash and then wash with similar colours. Do not tumble dry or iron.

What fabric are the socks?
85% combed cotton, 10% spandex, 5% elastane.

Can I send these directly to someone as a gift?
Yes! Please use the gift note section at checkout. All notes are hand-written and no order details are included.

Can I customise socks with a slogan?
Yes, we take group bookings with MOQ's of 25 pairs. More information can be found under the 'Gift Cards & Group Bookings' section. For enquiries, please feel free to email hello@socksandsass.com

Can we collaborate for a PR event?

What are your shipping options?
We use Royal Mail for all shipments, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. We currently offer standard or signed for delivery. 

As a guide:

Standard 1st class shipping for 1 pair of socks = £2
Standard 1st class shipping for 2-3 pairs of socks = £4
Standard 1st class shipping for 4-5 pairs of socks = £6

We offer International Tracked shipping via Royal Mail at checkout. Duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the total at checkout. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or custom charges.

Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We will always provide a proof of postage.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched, excluding weekends and public holidays. Generally, orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped within 1-2 working days. International order timeframes are available at checkout. 

Custom group orders are processed within 4-8 weeks but a clearer timeframe can be given when discussing the order via email.

What is your return policy?
We hope you love your SASS! Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty on arrival, please email us with a description and photo to resolve this: hello@socksandsass.com
Please ensure this is done within 48 hours of receiving your item.

If return shipping costs occur the customer is responsible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
