Refund policy

We hope you love your SASS! Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty on arrival, please email us with a description and photo to resolve this: hello@socksandsass.com
Please ensure this is done within 48 hours of receiving your item.

If return shipping costs occur the customer is responsible. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
